In honor of Global Wellness Day (which takes place this Saturday, June 10), we put together a quick list of 15 simple changes you can make + actions you can take to increase your sense of well BE-ing—today + every day.
Becoming a master of self-love doesn’t make us selfish or self-centered or any less dedicated to loving those around us. In fact, learning how to love ourselves and truly accepting who we are, flaws and all, makes us so much more capable of unconditionally loving others.
At the close of 2016, I paused to write my intentions for the New Year, as well as my own personal mantra for the year ahead: be mindful. be inspired. be well.
