ABOUT REBECCA HATMAN
Rebecca Hatman is a Health and Wellness Educator and a certified teacher of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda by the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. She is grateful to be a Featured Teacher at the Chopra Center and regularly teaches classes, as well as hosts wellness programs around the country. She loves teaching chair yoga and inspiring her students to experience the immediate benefits of mindful movement.
Rebecca’s background as an Event Producer, along with her passion for wellness, inspires her to create experiences that leave the practitioner feeling happy and healthy.
